High Court Orders EOCO To Arrest Manhyia South MP

A High Court in Kumasi has issued a warrant authorising the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) to arrest the Member of Parliament for Manhyia South, Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah. The court ruled after EOCO’s legal team argued that the MP’s continued refusal to attend proceedings voluntarily left no alternative but to enforce a formal arrest, highlighting the seriousness of the alleged breach of court orders.
