Privacy policy

What we collect. Account details (name, email, phone), the content you post, messages sent through the platform, and technical data needed to run the service (IP, device, pages visited).

How we use it. To run iSwap24: showing your ads, connecting buyers and sellers, preventing fraud, and improving the product. We use privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics.

What others see. Your ads show the name, town and contact options you choose. Your email is never shown publicly. WhatsApp/phone numbers appear only where you add them to an ad or listing.

Sharing. We do not sell your data. We share it only when required by law or to operate the service (e.g. hosting).

Your rights. You can access, correct or delete your data — from your account or by contacting hello@iswap24.com. This service is operated in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
