Terms of use

1. The service. iSwap24 is a platform where users publish classified ads, business listings, events and jobs. iSwap24 is not a party to any transaction between users and gives no guarantee for offers published by users.

2. Your account. You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your login details safe. One person, one account.

3. Prohibited content. Illegal items, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeits, prescription medicines, fraudulent offers and misleading ads are prohibited and will be removed. Repeat offenders are banned.

4. Free and paid services. Standard listings are free. Optional paid placements (featured ads, premium business entries, advertising) are billed as described at purchase.

5. Content licence. By posting you allow iSwap24 to display and promote your content on the platform and its channels.

6. Liability. Deal at your own responsibility and follow our safety tips. iSwap24 is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.

7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the current version.
