Four Ghanaian Schools Reach National Investment Quiz Final
Prempeh, Corpus Christi, Mfantsipim and St Augustine’s College will compete in the 2026 NIQ final after intense semi-final battles.
The semi-final round of the 2026 National Investment Quiz was held on 30 September at the R.S. Amegashie Auditorium, University of Ghana. Four schools – Prempeh College, Corpus Christi, Mfantsipim and St Augustine’s College – emerged as finalists after two separate contests.
Prempeh College and Corpus Christi Senior High School fought through the first contest to secure the first two spots in the final. In the second round, St Augustine’s College topped the scores with 51 points, followed by Mfantsipim with 45 points. The other contending schools, West Africa Senior High School and Wesley Girls’ High School, finished with 34 and 30 points respectively, leaving Mfantsipim and St Augustine’s College to claim the remaining two final places.
The final will see these four schools battle for the national title, showcasing their knowledge of investment, financial markets and wealth creation. The competition continues to highlight the depth of academic talent in Ghana.
