Ignite announces new Ghana office, hotline and partnerships with police and intelligence agencies.

Ignite, a product distribution firm, will open a physical office in Ghana and launch a dedicated hotline to improve its local operations and provide a direct contact point for customers.

The announcement came from Nathan Kwabena Adisi, a member of Ignite’s Global Advisory Board, during a webinar with Ghanaian media last Wednesday.

Adisi revealed that Ignite is in talks with the Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service and the National Intelligence Bureau to collaborate on security matters.

The discussions are expected to conclude with formal agreements once clearance is obtained from the relevant authorities.

The company cited a prior case in Nigeria where unauthorised use of the Ignite name prompted collaboration with local immigration officials to verify facts and protect the brand.

Ignite, founded six months ago and headquartered in Hong Kong, operates an e‑commerce platform that distributes products worldwide.

The firm markets brands such as Brainify, an artificial intelligence‑driven AI solution, as well as Activa, Scenery and other lines through its online store.

Adisi highlighted Ghana’s importance as a strategic market within sub‑Saharan Africa as the company expands its footprint.

Within five months of its April 2026 launch, Ignite has signed on more than 7,000 brands across its portfolio.

John Healy, Head of Development and Strategy for Brainify, said the AI‑powered learning platform aims to serve underserved communities in the Global South with practical skills in AI, digital marketing and content creation.

Healy explained that the platform offers guided learning paths that take users from basic concepts to hands‑on AI application, with thousands of learners already enrolled.

Brainify is developing opportunities for Ghanaian and other African users to gain AI expertise through project‑based learning that produces tangible digital outputs.

The platform welcomes participants of all ages, from children to older adults, who seek to build digital competencies.

Brainify recently earned certification from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, underscoring its commitment to expanding practical AI education in emerging markets.

Dr Shafi Shaik, a product specialist for energy and wellness offerings, said the company is seeking publicity for its Sanarey range in Ghana to broaden its presence.

The Sanarey catalogue includes Activa, BR9, Sena watches and Brusho, a tech‑enabled oral‑care product that links brushing activity to a secure cloud system.

Brusho records daily brushing data and aggregates it for broader analytics, embodying a “brush and earn” concept that differentiates it from a standard toothbrush.

The company’s expansion strategy focuses on building local infrastructure, strengthening partnerships with Ghanaian security agencies and providing accessible points of contact for customers and collaborators.
