Agbodza's Spokesperson Denies Road Block Accusation Against Adom Kyei's Church

The spokesperson for the Minister for Roads and Highways, Kojo Danquah, has rejected recent allegations linking Minister Kwame Governs Agbodza to accusations that Adom Kyei's church obstructed a road project. Mr Danquah clarified that the claims published by a section of the media misrepresented the minister's statements. He emphasized that it was a contractor, not the minister, who alleged road blockage by the church. The spokesperson explained that video evidence shows Minister Agbodza directing the contractor to ensure access for the church, expand the road, repair drainage and extend the works by 600 metres. He stressed that the original headline failed to capture these directives. Danquah warned that distorting official communications creates a misleading public perception. He called for immediate correction of the headline to reflect the actual content of the minister's engagement.
