Adjoa Pee Claims Mr Beautiful Kept Part Of Mahama’s Treatment Money

Veteran Kumawood actress Adjoa Pee has publicly accused actor Mr Beautiful of diverting a portion of money former President John Mahama sent to fund her medical treatment. She said the president responded to an appeal by the actor about four years ago and handed cash for her health care. When the funds arrived, Mr Beautiful explained that he would deduct money for transport and kept the remainder, a move that disappointed Adjoa Pee because the aid arrived precisely when she needed it most. She added that she repeatedly tried to contact the actor during that period but received no reply, leaving her feeling abandoned when her health crisis was deep. The allegations follow years of public support she says she has enjoyed from the National Democratic Congress, a party she has backed since its early days.
