Studio 7 Clinic & Med Spa Honors Long-Serving Staff with Cars and Bike on 10th Anniversary

Three staff members received brand-new Kia Morning cars and a motorbike as rewards for 10 years of service at the Accra-based beauty and wellness centre.
The celebration happened on the 10th anniversary of Studio 7 Clinic & Med Spa, a beauty and wellness centre that began in 2013 on Spintex Road in Accra. The company marked the milestone with a special event that combined festivity and heartfelt appreciation. Three long-serving employees were given tangible tokens of gratitude: brand-new Kia Morning cars for Delight Ohene and Hannah Addo, and a motorbike for Samuel Adjetey. The rewards were presented by Chief Executive Officer Trudy Arnold, who used the occasion to highlight the importance of staff loyalty. She emphasized that the company's success was built not just on infrastructure or branding, but on the people who showed up consistently over a decade. Other staff also received cash prizes and household appliances such as washing machines, microwaves, blenders, kettles, and cooking stoves. In addition to celebrating service, the event included a moment of remembrance for Nurse Hannah, who passed away earlier in the year. Staff and guests observed a minute of silence in her honor. Arnold took the opportunity to thank clients who had supported the business since its early days on Spintex Road, acknowledging their role in the journey. She described the anniversary as a reflection on loyalty, hard work, and the shared story of growth. Studio 7 began as a small salon before expanding into a full-service clinic and med spa offering beauty, wellness, and aesthetic treatments. The company has moved through locations in Spintex Road, Dzorwulu, and now its current premises in Accra. The event underscored a growing trend where employers recognize long-term staff with meaningful gifts rather than just verbal appreciation. For the recipients, the vehicles represent more than material gain; they symbolize recognition of dedication and contribution to a shared mission. The company’s message was clear: people are at the heart of the business, and their efforts deserve to be celebrated in ways that can change lives. No public event with a calendar date was announced, so the event field remains null. The story reflects broader themes in Ghanaian workplaces where employee recognition is increasingly tied to personal impact and service longevity.
