NPP Kumasi Conference Readies for 1,000 Delegates on Saturday

The Ashanti Regional Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Kerskin Opoku Owusu, highlighted the sharp rise of excitement in Kumasi ahead of the party’s national delegates conference.

He said the capital of the Ashanti Region bursts with energy from party symbols and outreach that signal a renewed attraction for the NPP.

Speaking to Adom News, Dr. Opoku Owusu explained that this mood spans many neighbourhoods, proving the city will host a major political gathering on Saturday.

The regional leadership aims to welcome roughly one thousand delegates, Dr. Opoku Owusu said, with full security and logistical preparations locked down.

He emphasised that party officials remain neutral in any internal election, pledging support to whoever emerges and echoing a call for unity ahead of the 2028 target.

The conference will be held this Saturday in Kumasi, drawing party faithful, officials and observers.
