Works Engineer at Quasi Group Limited

The role: We are seeking a Works Engineer to support Quasi Group Limited’s construction, road works, civil works, operations, transportation and administrative activities across Ghana. The employer is Quasi Group Limited, a company operating in the Eastern Region and other regions including Ashanti, Western North, Brong-Ahafo and Greater Accra. What you will do: Oversee daily on‑site operations and construction activities, ensuring work follows approved blueprints and specifications. Coordinate tasks among contractors, labourers and supervising authorities, and track project progress against timelines and budgets. Review technical drawings, bills of quantities and material requisitions, and apply industry standards, safety codes and regulatory requirements. Analyse plans, survey reports and maps to plan and design feasible projects. What you need: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with at least five years of relevant experience; a Master’s degree is advantageous. Must hold a valid driving licence and have solid knowledge of production and technical functions in concrete management. Experience or understanding of safety, hazard and health management is a plus.
