Warehouse Supervisor at YARA

The role is for a Warehouse Supervisor at Yara, a global leader in mineral fertilizers with operations in Ghana since 2007. The position is based at the Tema Terminal and reports to the Operations Manager. Yara Ghana supports agricultural productivity through quality input supply and services. What you will do: Check and inspect incoming products for quantity, type, quality, and labeling; despatch orders following procedures; organize warehouse activities and ensure safety compliance; conduct monthly stock takes and report; manage inventory and update systems accurately; supervise warehouse clerks and contracted labor; maintain high housekeeping standards; and perform other assigned duties. What you need: A Graduate Degree or Professional Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting from a recognized institution; minimum of three years of multinational experience; three to five years in warehouse operations within a manufacturing setting; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in teams; excellent computer proficiency; fluency in English; enthusiasm to learn; good health and safety knowledge; and prior experience with SUN Accounting is beneficial.
