Tax & Compliance Supervisor at Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited

The role: We are seeking a qualified Tax & Compliance Supervisor to join Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited in Takoradi. The employer is looking for a professional with strong knowledge of Ghanaian tax regulations and compliance practices. What you will do: Prepare, review, and file monthly and annual tax returns covering VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and PAYE. Support tax audits by preparing schedules and documentation. Assist in preparing financial reports and ensure their accuracy. Prepare annual Transfer Pricing returns and maintain related‑party transaction documentation. Review payment vouchers for tax compliance. Conduct periodic internal tax risk assessments and recommend corrective actions. Maintain organized tax records for reporting and audit purposes. Perform other tax and finance duties as assigned by the Finance Manager. What you need: Masters degree from a recognized institution and a Chartered Tax Practitioner (MCITG) qualification. Minimum of five years experience in tax audit operations. Strong knowledge of VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and PAYE. Understanding of Transfer Pricing requirements and related‑party transactions. Proficiency in accounting software, with SAP experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail, analytical ability, and good communication skills.
