Sales & Supply Representative x2 at BB Bakery

The role: BB Bakery is seeking two energetic Sales & Supply Representatives to work from Asofan in Accra. The position is full‑time and offers a starting salary of GH₵1,000 per month, with potential for progression based on performance. The successful candidates will be responsible for supplying and selling bakery products on assigned routes, building customer relationships, and expanding the customer base. What you will do: Supply and sell BB Bakery bread and other products on designated routes, actively market products while on supply, and work toward sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify and approach new shops and businesses, and seek opportunities to increase orders. Take responsibility for products issued, maintain accurate records of supplies, sales, returns, and payments, and ensure money collected is properly recorded and handed over. Report any discrepancies promptly and support the collection of outstanding payments. Represent BB Bakery professionally, promote products, and share market insights to help grow the business. What you need: Relevant experience in sales, field sales, supply/distribution, or route sales, with confidence in approaching new customers. A strong sales mindset, motivation to meet targets, and excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Trustworthiness in accounting for products and money, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Willingness to travel regularly and good knowledge of Accra and surrounding areas, or the ability to learn routes quickly.
