Quantity Surveyor at Quasi Group Limited

The role: We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join Quasi Group Limited, a construction and civil works firm operating in Ghana. The position is based in the Eastern Region and offers a full‑time opportunity for a professional who can manage cost estimation and budgeting for diverse projects. What you will do: - Calculate material, labour and equipment costs to develop initial project budgets. - Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and work‑scope lists for tender submissions. - Inspect site progress regularly and prepare interim payment claims for completed work. What you need: - A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering. - At least three years of relevant working experience. - Proficiency with measurement software, cost databases and AutoCAD or BIM tools.
