Quality Assurance Supervisor at Kasapreko Company Ltd

The role: The Quality Assurance Supervisor position is offered by Kasapreko Company Ltd, a leading FMCG manufacturer in Ghana. The role is based in Accra and reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. What you will do: The supervisor will maintain integrity and due diligence in all QA tasks, supervise QA officers, plan shift schedules, manage records and documentation, ensure equipment is calibrated, handle complaints and product returns, update quality indices, monitor non‑conformities and corrective actions, drive continual improvement, and promote high hygiene standards. What you need: A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG environment. Candidates must be knowledgeable about food safety and quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP, able to analyse data, write reports, lead a team, use MS Office and Excel, and demonstrate strong organisational and safety awareness.
