Quality Assurance Manager-Maintenance & Engineering at Africa World Airlines Limited (AWA)

The role: The Quality Assurance Manager will work in the Maintenance & Engineering department of Africa World Airlines Limited, reporting to the Head of Quality. The employer is Africa World Airlines Limited, a Ghanaian airline based in Accra. What you will do: You will administer and improve internal and external audit surveillance programs across maintenance, engineering and related disciplines. You will lead auditors, issue corrective actions, monitor supplier approvals, compile quality trend reports, and support the development of quality systems and procedures. You will also manage the technical library, conduct incident investigations, and deputize for the Head of Quality when needed. What you need: A Bachelor’s degree, at least five years of aviation experience, and two years of experience in two IOSA disciplines. You must hold certifications in Airline Auditor Training and IOSA Auditor/QMS training, have prior aviation auditing experience, and be fluent in English. Strong communication, leadership, and independent work skills are essential, along with basic computer literacy.
