The role: Production Technician at Kasapreko Company LTD, a leading beverage manufacturer in Ghana, seeks a qualified professional to join its production team in Adeiso, Eastern Region. What you will do: Operate and maintain assigned machinery to ensure uninterrupted production, following SOPs from the Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, QA, and equipment manufacturers. Record hourly production data, flow meter readings, and shift times in log sheets. Maintain machine cleanliness and work area safety to guarantee product quality. Manage raw material and finished product flow, update hourly performance boards, and carry out preventive and planned maintenance. Perform visual inspections of raw materials and finished goods, conduct quality checks on inspection equipment, and liaise with customers to keep the line running smoothly. What you need: HND or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least four years of relevant post‑national service experience in an FMCG environment. Proven knowledge of food safety and quality systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 2200, strong troubleshooting and organizational abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
