The role: The position is Principal Programme Officer, Vaccine Manufacturing at a reputable public institution in Ghana. The employer is seeking a senior professional to lead technical assessment and monitoring of vaccine and sera manufacturing initiatives. What you will do: Provide technical input into vaccine manufacturing policies and guidelines, supervise implementation and evaluation of assigned programmes, coordinate technical assessments of proposals, engage with regulatory authorities, collaborate with researchers and manufacturers, oversee technology transfer activities, analyze technical data, prepare performance reports, supervise subordinate staff, and perform other duties as assigned by the Deputy Director. What you need: A master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomanufacturing, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, at least six years of post‑bachelor’s relevant work experience in a reputable institution, and membership in a relevant professional body where applicable.
