Patrol Supervisor at G4S

The role: Patrol Supervisor at G4S is a field leadership position overseeing security officers across assigned sectors. The employer is G4S, a security services provider. What you will do: Conduct unannounced inspections of guards at their posts, assess alertness, uniform and SOP compliance, and enforce discipline. Manage shift handovers, cover staffing gaps, verify timesheets and reports, and onboard new officers. Respond as senior authority to alarms, breaches, medical emergencies, and other incidents, and compile accurate incident reports. What you need: Minimum three years experience in private security, with at least one year in a supervisory role; a valid driver’s licence (Class A or motorcycle endorsement if needed); a clean driving record; possession of a Ghana Card; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to command respect, resolve conflicts, and write incident reports.
