Marketing Personnel x2 at Quasi Group Limited

The role: We are looking for two Marketing Personnel to join Quasi Group Limited, a construction and civil works company operating in Ghana. The employer is seeking committed, hardworking and qualified candidates to support its marketing activities across construction, road works, civil works, operations, transportation and administrative functions. What you will do: You will analyze customer data, study buyer behaviour and track competitor activity. You will define campaign goals, choose optimal channels and set budgets. You will design ads, write copy, produce videos and manage social media. You will launch promotions across digital, print or social platforms and monitor their performance. What you need: You must have a minimum of an HND in Marketing with at least three years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with three years of experience. You need strong writing and verbal skills for clear brand messaging. You must be able to interpret data, track KPIs and run conversion tests.
