The role: Maintenance Technician at Kasapreko Company LTD, a leading beverage manufacturer in Ghana, reporting from the Adeiso plant in the Eastern Region. The employer seeks a qualified professional to keep production equipment running smoothly and safely. What you will do: Carry out safe maintenance, repair and replacement of plant equipment; service and repair Krones lines, air compressors, generators, chillers, pumps and other machinery; monitor equipment during production for unusual sounds; assist with plant conversions and installations; ensure the CLIT schedule is followed; review daily downtime reports and implement corrective and preventive actions; enforce food safety regulations through preventive maintenance; maintain machine histories and spare‑part requirements; complete preventive maintenance schedules (PMS) annually; and comply with GMP, safety and all legal regulations. What you need: HND or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; at least four years of relevant post‑national‑service experience; knowledge of food safety and quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 2200; strong troubleshooting, organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and a safety‑champion mindset.
