The role: Maintenance Supervisor at Kasapreko Company Ltd, a leading FMCG manufacturer in Ghana. The employer is seeking a qualified professional to lead the maintenance function at their Kumasi facility. What you will do: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure production equipment, machinery, and plant facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Provide clear directions to maintenance technicians, enforce the lubrication program, prioritize maintenance tasks based on production needs, and ensure equipment is inspected and ready before production starts. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, manage spare‑part requirements, raise purchase requisitions in SAP, and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Lead troubleshooting of breakdowns, conduct root‑cause analyses, and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. What you need: Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with at least seven years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG environment. Proven knowledge of food safety and quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP), strong analytical abilities, effective communication and report‑writing skills, and excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
