The role is Head of the Office of the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) at Mastercard Foundation. It blends advisory support with executive coordination to keep the CPCO office running smoothly. The incumbent partners with the CPCO and Chief People and Culture Officer to drive strategic priorities, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure alignment across the People and Culture function. They also provide administrative and communications support that strengthens the CPCO’s leadership capacity. What you will do: Track and drive progress on strategic initiatives and leadership commitments; conduct research and synthesize insights to support CPCO decisions; prepare briefing materials, presentations, and recommendations for internal and external engagements; monitor progress against P&C priorities, identify risks, and ensure follow-through; coordinate materials and preparation for Executive Committee, Board, and other senior meetings; manage sensitive matters with discretion; lead planning and delivery of special projects sponsored by the CPCO; and support the development of communications that reflect the CPCO’s priorities. What you need: Bachelor’s degree; PMI certification; membership in a relevant professional body; 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a complex, matrixed organization; proven ability to handle confidential information and engage senior leadership, Board, and external partners; experience navigating matrix environments and aligning cross-functional teams; strong skills in strategic planning, execution tracking, and follow-through; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Asana, SharePoint, and similar coordination tools; sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion; exceptional communication and relationship management abilities; and a service‑oriented, detail‑focused mindset.
