The role: You will join Nestlé Ghana Limited as a Graduate Trainee in a structured program that prepares you for future leadership positions. The program combines functional training, mentorship and coaching to develop your professional skills and career prospects. What you will do: Support and lead projects assigned within the Graduate Trainee program, complete required training courses, and work with managers on project delivery. You will provide analytical support, prepare clear reports, presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate across departments to gain a holistic view of the business. Participation in training sessions and workshops will further enhance your role‑specific knowledge and industry awareness. What you need: A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Economics or a related field, with up to two years of relevant work experience, including internships. You must have strong written and oral communication, excellent stakeholder management, good presentation and interpersonal abilities, solid analytical skills, project management experience, and the capacity to adapt to change, learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
