What you will do: You will oversee safety work permits and lockout procedures before any maintenance begins, carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to keep the plant running, and perform repairs on mechanical components like crushers and conveyors. Your duties include cleaning and lubricating machinery, monitoring maintenance needs, reporting spare part shortages, and ensuring all work supports reliable, high-quality crusher operations. What you need: You must have 4-6 years of experience in processing plant operations with specific experience in crusher plant maintenance and planning. A minimum of O' level, A' level, Middle School Leaving Certificate, NVTI, SSCE, HND, or equivalent is required, along with computer literacy. Essential skills include knowledge of material handling systems, preventive maintenance practices, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
