Finished Product Warehouse Issuing Manager at Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited

The role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finished Product Warehouse Issuing Manager to independently manage the finished goods dispatch and issuing operations at Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited in Takoradi. This position leads a large dispatch team and ensures end-to-end efficiency in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment. What you will do: You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of finished goods issuing, including transportation, sales coordination, financial reconciliation, inventory control, and system documentation. You will lead and develop a structured 5-level issuing process, train and evaluate dispatch staff, and take full accountability for dispatch outcomes. You will resolve customer complaints related to shipment errors, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. You will track performance metrics, manage daily dispatch tasks, allocate resources, and ensure safety compliance across all dispatch activities. What you need: You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). You need at least 3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience in a large manufacturing environment, with proven experience in dispatch and team leadership of 30+ staff. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems, with strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. You must be willing to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling as required.
