Finance Manager / Accountant at Stargrowth Management

The role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager / Accountant to lead the financial operations of Stargrowth Management. This position reports directly to senior leadership and will play a key part in shaping the company’s financial direction. What you will do: You will manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial risk profiles, and ensure full compliance with tax regulations, GAAP/IFRS, and internal controls. You will also coordinate external audits, prepare required financial documentation, and provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. What you need: You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification being an advantage. You must have proven experience in a Finance Manager or Accountant role, be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite, and have advanced MS Excel skills. A strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis is essential, along with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
