What you will do: Perform high voltage electrical work, installations, maintenance and repairs according to OEM specifications and company procedures. Monitor high voltage systems, carry out maintenance on transformers, switchgear and substations, troubleshoot faults to reduce downtime, diagnose and repair power and control systems, conduct daily inspections and scheduled maintenance, and ensure all work follows ISO and OSHAS standards with proper permits and lock‑out procedures. What you need: Electrical Technician Part II and III or an HND in Electrical Engineering, plus at least six years experience in a mining environment, preferably in milling or CIL plants. Must have in‑depth knowledge of high voltage power systems, be able to work in a multidisciplinary team, report accidents and incidents, manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality, communicate well in writing and with diverse people, hold a valid Ghanaian driving licence and be able to drive a light vehicle, and demonstrate behaviours aligned with safety, respect, integrity, sustainability, excellence and collaboration.
