Bakery & Catering Sales Assistant at BB Bakery

The role: BB Bakery, a growing bakery and catering business in Asofan, Accra, is seeking a friendly and hardworking Sales Assistant to join its team. The employer is the CEO of the bakery. What you will do: Welcome customers warmly, sell bread, drinks, rolls, baguettes and other bakery items, keep the shop attractive and clean, promote products, prepare fresh food such as meat pies, shawarma and sandwiches, develop new snack options, monitor stock levels, handle payments accurately, maintain hygiene, and listen to customer feedback. Support other bakery duties as needed. What you need: Experience in food preparation or catering, especially making items like meat pies, shawarma or sandwiches, good customer service and communication skills, a friendly and confident attitude, creativity in suggesting new products, reliability, punctuality, hard work, ability to work independently and take initiative, understanding of food hygiene, and teamwork skills.
