Gilbert is a local NGO based in Dambai’s central area, working closely with nearby communities to support health and education projects. You’ll find them operating from a simple office space near the main market street, where they regularly meet residents to understand needs and plan small-scale initiatives. Their work focuses on practical help like school supplies and basic healthcare education, delivered through close partnerships with villagers. Neighbours know them as trusted intermediaries who connect people with resources without fuss. They are deeply rooted in Dambai’s community fabric, always present where local challenges arise.

High above the Volta River plain, Kyabobo Center looks out over Dambai town. A school for children from across the region, its neat classrooms buzz with learning and quiet focus. You will find orderly lines of students moving between lessons in the bright halls. The village setting gives it a peaceful rhythm that matches the pace of life here.

Ministry of Regional Reorganisation and Development is right in the heart of Dambai near the municipal office building and you will find it set back on a neatly paved road with official markings and sometimes official vehicles parked outside. Expect formal government signage containers of files and staff moving with purpose as they handle regional planning and development matters. The surrounding area includes other public service buildings making it easy to spot from the main road. This is a quiet official office situation where visitors come to sort out paperwork related to regional growth projects.
