You wander into the Achiase District Assembly office and feel the quiet hum of local governance guiding you past wooden desks. It sits directly on Asikuma Road just after the village sign where motorbikes park often. Staff greet you with a nod while riffling papers that hold community updates from Swedru across. You notice dust motes dancing in afternoon light through open grills that magnify the street life. A bird calls from the eaves as the building blends gently into the red earth surroundings.
